But in each other, we have found a shared love for things both silly and sublime, and a way of looking at the world with eyes of curiosity, wonder, and gratitude. As the American poet Mary Oliver puts it, ‘truly, we live with mysteries too marvelous to be understood’—we are thankful to experience together the marvelous mystery of love.
